I asked why are you being so rude and taking a nasty tone with me? They argued that they weren’t doing that and hung up. I immediately called back and asked why they hung up, they asked me “why did you call just to complain?” I didn’t call “just to complain” I called because my lunch hour ended half an hour ago and my food still isn’t here -and I don’t appreciate being sassed when I ask where my order is. This employee needs to be fired. She was awful, I only wish she had provided me with her name. Truly horrible experience, I hope she gets fired soon.
