  EDIT 4/14/26: The manager, Kylie, has responded to me that the information is on Google and available inside. However, her response to me was by seeking me out on Facebook and sending me private messages. The appropriate place for those types of responses would definitely be on this Google page. She said she did not have access to it so I did suggest that she should check with her franchise owner to ask for access if that owner would like for her to respond to anything posted here. Meanwhile, she did say that there is information located inside. However, in the drive-through, where we are also asked for donations, there is not information available. Well, I understand that upper management and those in corporate positions, Even requiring, donation solicitations to happen with each customer visit, many of us like to know if any of those donations are going to local children, or are they being spread out all over the place? As a small town Vinita has many different opportunities for assisting children in our own community. So taking donation dollars that customers may be generously saying yes to But also not benefiting children in our own community is something that needs to be very clear. What are the names of the charities where the money goes? What are the actual metrics? Anytime someone is asking for donations, no matter what it is, transparency is vital. Do you wanna round up to help kids? Taco Bell, what kids? Whose kids? Where is the money going? Who is the money helping? And how much have you collected so far? You’ve actually been doing this for years now at this location, so why don’t we have some full disclosure on this money?

  First time here. Won't be back. My cantina burrito had almost nothing on it. It was flat. I ordered a side of guacamole and didn't get it. I was to far away to return. I just won't be back.also the bag ripped and my order landed on the floor. They just picked it up and rebagged it.
