- DADoug AndersonNov 10, 20251.0Waited way over 30 minutes for two drinks. One rt 44 coke NO ICE, and one cherry vanilla Dr Pepper. Had to push the button asking where our drinks were. Employee said oh they are right here and will have them right out. The rt 44 she had two cups for, one with only ice and another I can only guess was the drink, and the medium Dr Pepper. I then explained that I wanted the rt 44 with NO ICE, and she oh I thought you said alot of ice. Which tells me that the drinks were not ready when I previously asked where our drinks were. She then returned with the rt 44 properly fixed and said "she was sorry and that there would be no charge for the drinks". To which I responded with I had used my card and payed for them. The total was deducted from my account and no refund as of yet 2 days later. I will not be returning to this Sonic ever and I advise if you want fast food burgers, shakes, fries, and or drinks. Just go up the road about 2 blocks and go to the Brahms.

- KHKathleen L HillSep 6, 20252.0The guy spilt the shake everywhere and then put it in another cup and still gave it to me, it wasn't even thick like ice cream shakes are supposed to be and tasted horrible. Just threw it away and went to Braums down the rd wont get another one there again
