  Everytime I order through the app, to save time, my order is never correct. Supposed to be toasted- sandwich isn't toasted. Supposed to have lettuce-no lettuce. Everytime they get it wrong, I always think it was a fluke and next time it will be better. Nope. Don't use the app if you want it made correctly.

  This was going to be a bad review but the manager apologized profusely for his behavior so I can forgive. Food was very good.

  Denise Webb is the best! She knows how to make a damn good sandwich and her customer service skills are amazing!!!

  Ordered 2 sandwiches online. Left to get them in case they were done early. Got there to wait in my car. I see one worker running around the parking lot with 4 girls. Waited the 25 minutes til the online order said it was ready. Walked into to find one lady actually making the sandwiches and the worker running around outside just coming back in. No acknowledgement from anyone working to the people in line. One guy actually left and went to the gas station portion to get food there. This is when a 3rd worker comes out from the back to take his break. By the time I got to the counter I realized they had just started actually making mine. It took over 40 minutes for 2 sandwiches with 3 people working. Horrible service. Won’t be back.

  Waited quite some time in front of the employees while they handled call-ins. They made 16 sandwiches from different calls prior to making mine. (I watched call-ins come in while I was standing there.) I paid for mine while those call-in sandwiches just sat. Other than the long wait, the sandwich was good.
