- EAEstefany Abarca6 days ago1.0I've ordered 4 times from this place 3 of those times they never have my order ready, OK the first 2 times no problem I can wait, but this 3rd time I ordered one day ahead to take to my child's picnic, I get there 10minutes lates and My order wasn't even on their system, I had to wait 15minutes for my order, when I obviously ordered ahead of time because Of my child's school event! Worst place ever when it comes to having my order ready on time! Idk if their online service doesn't work but I shouldn't have to wait this long for something that I've clearly order ONE DAY PRIOR. Cashier lady was very helpful though, I know it isn't her fault.

Was PROMISED last Friday from making this post that I was going to receive a text message telling me when my order was refunded. I still haven't received a text nor my refund as of this post. I've been hung up on and been given attitude by the so called manager "Sean". Do NOT order from this place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Spent over $50 each time and nobody seems to care. Today I ordered, food was wrong, cold and took an hour to get my order to be. I placed it online and live right around the corner. Waited inside for 40 minutes and then order was ready but just sitting there. Even if you are busy, no excuse! Guess I gotta find a better place for a bundle of good chicken. Told them my food was wrong and cold. They just looked at me like I was stupid. Waste of money to spend here. Would like a reimbursement of my money or get good food like I paid for.
