  I am extremely disappointed in this location. I ordered 3 meals in the drive thru and sat there for 20 minutes. It took 5 minutes before they would even greet me and take my payment. I watched the entire time as my meals were packed and left on the counter. I asked after about 15 min, where my food was, only to be told, that it was still being made. When I asked why it took so long, I got "we were busy" while the entire lot and lobby was empty and I watched 5 different people come in and out before we left. When we got home we notice that the baconator had lettuce on it. The baconater does NOT come with lettuce. And the wrappers were haphazardly done with the burgers falling out and one was completely smashed. That is absolutely unacceptable. There is absolutely no reason that we should have had to wait that long for 3 meals and have so many problems. One of the meals was for a former Wendy's employee, who knows exactly what your service is supposed to look like and this was a disgrace to the franchise. Ive had many good experiences with this location but this was an awful one.

  Constantly closed long before closing time as marked. Tonight I was told they were 'winding down service' at 11:10. They supposedly close at MIDNIGHT. One week they kept closing between 3 and 5 pm. So here I sit, with taco bell. I won't be going back to this location much less another one because I'm sick of the bs closing early with the sign on still. Laziness at the menu definitely drives business away

  The staff was rude to my kids, couldn't get my order right. I had to argue with them just to correct it and we did our order over the app. Then the food didn't even taste good. Just should have went BK across the street. Waste of time and money.
