  I just started making sure I have my own sour cream. They never put the baked potato toppings in the bag, even if I tell them to make sure of it. This is for drive through and DoorDash.

  Our family ordered five burgers, each with customizations. Everything was made correctly, and was fresh and yummy! The people working there were friendly, too. Thanks!

  Location: 81st and Memorial around 1:05 today. Went to order at drive thru and the person was extremely short, like we were bothering them. After every order they would sneer, is that it? Is that it? The rudest experience I’ve ever had at a drive thru.

  I swear, this has to be the worst Oklahoma location! Service: very slow, disorganised. Today I went in for a late lunch, ordered only 2 grilled chicken wraps. They were ready fairly quick, but I had to stand there & wait at least 5 minutes. A guy in dt even said something to me while I was ordering, but didn't bother grabbing my wraps for me. #fastfood #NoUrgency I eventually asked the manager, who was training another guy on the front, if I could please have my food.. she acted put off by it! Well.. that's what NOT to do (for the new employee)! Finally, I asked if I could have bbq sauce, & she (mngr) said: "It'll be 25¢ each", rudely. Are you kidding me! I was excited when this location opened, because I work up the street from it, but man! Always issues!😓
