  Sat at drive through for 10min. She then asked us to pls hold and forgot we were there. Had to call out to the speaker after another 8-10 minutes and a different person answered. No other customers in store or in drive through during this time. 20+minutes wait time and $27 later-food sub par.

  Tropical smoothie cafe was delicious. Clean atmosphere with friendly staff. Thank you for a yummy smoothie. The peanut paradise, chefs kiss!!!

  The older gentleman Jeff m was pretty rude kinda made me feel like A nuisance and seem to have a perspective that I don’t belong here as well as seeming annoyed that I wanted to talk about my order and the benefits I missed out on. There was not the slightest bit of effort to show Real customer service and not a slight bit of kindness. Before he he even finished placing my order , making or I accept D “ I rang your food in to go. I waited by the register in. He took it upon himself to walk around me and put it on the table and told me to head on out. in the gun so you can hang out when your food is done” I’ve had some bad things happening tonight following up

  Register was not working well it kept resetting after after every order. Lady running register was very loud and asked if we had laid because the order was still on the screen but I had proof of payment from my bank but after I paid the lady threw my receipt away and didn't even ask if I wanted it but then had then asked me if I paid and I had to show from my bank because she threw my receipt away. The product came out well and the issues got resolved but over all I was a little disappointed with the service.

  I don’t write reviews, but want others to learn from my experience and avoid going to this location. We arrived at the drive thru line before 8pm. It took a few minutes to get to order, and after that we sat and waited. And waited. And waited. There was one truck ahead of us. For over 15 minutes we sat there and waited, we couldn’t get out due to how close the cars ahead of us and behind us were to our car. When the man ahead of us received his ONE SINGLE SMOOTHIE after almost 20 minutes of waiting, we pulled up and the woman at the window didn’t even have our order put in. She didn’t say sorry for the wait (there were two workers inside by the way lol), just asked us what we wanted and started putting it in like we were seriously going to sit there and wait for another 15 minutes for one item. It was one of the craziest most egregious things I have ever experienced at a restaurant. The long wait seemed purposeful to make people leave, as did the not putting in our order. If the staff is lazy and doesn’t want to do their jobs, they could just tell people that ahead of time instead of wasting their night. We went to Smoothie King down the road after we left and they had our smoothies made in less than five minutes, and it wasn’t as watered down as this Tropical Smoothie location makes their smoothies. We’ll be going there from now on.
