  The first time I came here they gave me a large soda that was warm and had no ice. They told me that their icemaker is down because the soda machine is too hot. If that’s the case then you should tell your customers that the icemaker is down and that their soda will be flat/warm. Don’t just give them a warm soda. I had to ask for a refund. The second time I came here, I ordered a Cantina chicken taco and they didn’t even melt the cheese. The people are friendly enough over the speaker, but the quality of the food is just terrible. The cook was a tall young male. I stopped by around 9:30 PM, April 16.

  If I could give a 0 star I would everytime i order from this location it is horrible food to service sont waste ur money or sanity going to this location

  This Is the best Taco Bell i have ever been to! Their customer service is 10/10!! She’ll and charity went out of their way to help me out!! I have never witnessed customer service that top tier! Thank yall so much!!!!

  VERY BAD SERVICE there was only one person who was decent and it was one of the guys making the food who said “I can’t get another write up” the lady taking our order, messed up our order so bad that she gave us the wrong meal and gave us regular tacos instead of Doritos Locos tacos and I didn’t see that she messed up a meal, but I saw that she messed up the tacos and I told her and she said that she would make sure they got changed they never got changed. They got gave to us and then whenever I told her about that meal that she messed up and the tacos which there was only two tacos she messed up. The lady in the back started yelling and saying that she wasn’t gonna fix my order, that she just spent time making my order and now I’m saying that the whole thing is wrong. I never said the whole thing was wrong. It was only a meal and two tacos so I just said whatever about the meal and ask them to just fix the two tacos and then it was at that moment. I realized I forgot my mom’s chips and cheese so I asked them for that and they got really mad and the lady literally scoffed said “I need to go outside” and walked out the door by far the worst experience of my life the guy just kept apologizing saying that if I ever decided to come back again that he would make sure that they did better, but I’m probably never gonna go back again all they do is make stuff that I could make at home and when I got home and I opened my chicken and cheese quesadilla to make sure there was no chipotle sauce on it because I told them no chipotle sauce there was chipotle sauce on it and I literally only got the chicken and cheese quesadilla and a taco but luckily, they accidentally bring us up for an extra Mexican pizza so I ate that. WORST TACO BELL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!
