  I placed an online order that the results of make me want my money back. Even my cookies are messed up, 1 us burned, the other gas a quarter if it missing. My subway club was supposed to be toasted before the filling, it wasn't. There's was supposed to be 4x the meat, which I paid extra for, and there wasn't. There was supposed to be Mayo, even extra Mayo with oil and vinegar, there wasn't, just DRY BUN and old and stale too. The salad was supposwd to have no lettuce and tomato with extra cucumbers and spinach, it wasn't. The sandwiches weren't labeled and were messy as they weren't in their own secure wrappers. When I came into the store, the worker was prepping, no greeting, no asking how he could help, just his own world, while I stood at the counter looking for my order. Finally 7 was directed to an upper shelf on a cart, which wasn't in line of sight. This isn't the first time he shorted me on roast beef either. This is the 2nd time I've submitted this review. I looked forward to payday and a nice meal, so disappointed and dissatisfied. I Truly am concerned for our country and the selective service act with young men like this.   They only had one guy working and it was ultra slow. He made an okay sub tho. Hope I never see this side of town again

  Employees where not happy tried to use coupons didn't know how they didn't speak up when we asked them question could barely hear her

  Placed an online order, got my confirmation, went to the store. When I told the worker my name she was just instantly rude asking if I had the right store. I showed the confirmation screen showing the store address, confirmation number, and pickup time. Apparently they didnt get the order. She got on the phone and spent 15 minutes talking (mostly about other orders) before telling me she couldn't help me and I could wait until "big boss" was there. I asked how long that would be and just got met with more rudeness. I understand the system sometimes has issues, it happens, I just don't know why this person was so upset at me that it happened.

  When I go for subway I always pick this location! Shannon always does such a great job What I didn’t like was having some folks who I assumed to be corporate or ownership yelling at the employees. It was a man in a blue and green flannel and a woman in a pink shirt with glasses sitting at a table. I asked the server to get something for me from the back and when she did they immediately started yelling at her to come back. Clearly they weren’t paying attention and this made me feel uncomfortable also
