This location is awful. Not even the workers fault. Corporate or management needs to actually staff this location. Did an order ahead 10 minutes prior to arriving there and waited an additional 25 minutes and finally had to leave. Not the workers fault at all but sonic management get it together.

Asked for a limeade got an out of syrup sprite with limes thrown in, half of my large fries and over fried chicken to the point it was chewy. Honestly won't be coming back.

Went on 04/02/2026 around 0835 hours. There was only me and one other vehicle that I saw in the lot. I got 2 ultimate meat and cheese burritos with tomato, onion, and jalapeño added, two large tator tots, and two large diet Dr. Peppers. The tator tots were pretty bad. I’m pretty sure Sonic’s policy is they’re only supposed to keep tots and fries for 5 mins. I used to work at sonic for 6 years, 16-20 yoa, while putting myself through college. I always get the tots knowing they usually keep the tots and fries longer than usual, but these were sitting for probably 30 minutes at least. They were cold and stale when biting into them. That’s hard to do with tots. The burrito was good. I could not taste the Baja sauce that is supposed to go in the ultimate burrito (maybe they put a small amount. Idk.), and the portion size seemed smaller than I remember. The manager is the one who bagged my order and took my order I believe, as she was the only one I saw there, unless another carhop was in the back. She did not read back my order, did not put napkins, did not put mints, and did not salt in the bag. Was not offered ketchup, but she did put the 10 salsas I asked for in the bag. If she gave her name, I don’t remember it, but she may have, idk. All in all, if I were a mystery shopper, the location would have failed other than the food being out fast. With prices going up, I think people would rather wait the 5 minutes for fresh food, especially if the location is not busy. There are for sure better Sonic locations out there. Ps, I even tipped a $1 because I always appreciated that when I was working there. Respectfully,

I have one major complaint that never gets solved so I must ask. Do you have someone in the back making burgers that just loves the smell of mustard? Every burger I’ve gotten here has been basically swimming in it. I’ve gotten it remade, my colleagues also have this issue, and I just stopped ordering from here all together. I would like to taste something other than mustard. Thanks.

Apparently Sonic is in a downward spiral. This location is closed even though the listing says open. Drove to the one at 81st and Lewis - most of the stalls say out of order. When I was able to find a stall and push the red button I was told they were only accepting drink orders at this time. It was lunchtime. Too bad they are not a publicly traded company, sounds like a good one to short.
