  To be honest with you Sonic on the west side near 51st and Union is the slowest Sonic I've ever been to. Here's something funny. I ordered two large ice waters and a pickle fry. And response I was asked did I want to pickle slushie I said no ma'am well would you like kosher pickles or dill pickles. I said ma'am I just want to order pickle fries. The only pickle fry on the menu. I got 2 large cups of ice. French fries with green seasoning. My mind blown lol the manager on roller skates rolled to my window ask was everything okay. Devil comes in every shape for my fashion. Lord knows I don't play. I quit school cause of recess. So I started praying as the two ladies walk back in the Sonic to correct my order. I said a prayer. I don't entertain the devil nonsense ignorance and unpleasant customer service. And why would I order pickle slushie tighten up Sonic. Good business brings more business don't cheat yourself treat yourself!

  This location just needs to be shut down at this point. Whoever runs this sonic does not need to be in this business. Stuff’s always wrong and you got a goblin at the front that is super rude and he almost got hands laid on him this morning. Worst sonic by far and the “food” I got wasn’t cooked all the way. SUCKS ALL AROUND.

  I have tried, and I have tried with this location.We've lived out west for the last two years in the neighborhood across from this sonic. They always get things wrong on the order Or there's always things missing from the order. And if we order DoorDash, there's no way we're gonna get what we ordered. One time going through the drive through the kid overcharged me for something. And then he realized I wasn't giving them cash, so he couldn't overcharge me literally lied to me about the price for a couple dollars. I'm sure some of the employees here are good employees, but overall this place is garbage and it would be much more suitable as a parking lot.
