  My fries were half full and not fresh. Screen wouldn't let me pay with my card and they forgot to give me mints. You can definitely tell they prioritize the drive-thru and I used to love this one but definitely new people.

  I ordered online and they had issues with my order. I tried to call to get it resolved and they hung up on me. Great food but horrible location. I recommend any other location.

  Not usually the type to leave reviews, but this has to be one of the worst Sonics I’ve ever been to. Now I see why this place is going downhill. Ordered a small Oreo shake at 9:00 PM… nothing complicated. Sat there for 20 minutes with zero update. Finally pressed the button, and the lady says, “give me a minute, let me check”… and then just never comes back. 9:28 PM and still no shake, no explanation, no apology—nothing. We ended up leaving without our order. Almost 30 minutes for a shake is crazy, but the complete lack of communication is even worse. Do better.

  Order taker kept cutting us off and having to repeat myself multipe times. Waited 15 minutes for order and got home and it wasn’t right. Called and was told they would fix it then a manager called back and said what I got was what I ordered and was charged for even though the order wasn’t correct. Lesson learned to check order before leaving

  Supersonic breakfast burrito I got fit in the palm of my hand, size of a small microwave burrito and the inside was mostly the tortilla folded up on itself.
