I got a bowl, the guy scooped the rice and protein but I noticed the empty fajita veggie containers. Asked if they had more. The guy pulled the raw veggies out of the cooler and started to “cook” them while I waited with my rice and protein sitting on the counter cooling off. No apologies. I figured it would take a little while to “cook” the veggies but less than 5 minutes later he dumps the still raw peppers & onions into the warming tray. Definitely not cooked at all! Brought the bowl home and had to take out the uncooked veggies and actually cook them at home. They were still cold to the touch, as in refrigerator cold. Very disappointed. This was during the early dinner rush and they did not have anything ready or took the time to cook the food properly. I told myself the last 2 times I wasn’t going back but this time they definitely lost a customer.

Consistent for ingredients of high quality & freshness, offering a broad variety of grilled & braised protein choice(s) (beef, pork, chicken, & shrimp). An entire Farmers market of garden-crisp vegetables, Romaine, black & pinto beans, seasoned brown rice & cilantro lime white rice, queso, shredded cheese, multiple sauces, corn relish, Pico de gallo, hand smashed guacamole & their own signature chips. Q'doba designed a great model & their restaurants evidence the value they put on exceptional managers & team leaders, as well as my family's discretionary time & dollars.
