- BLBri LMar 1, 20263.0My online ordering experience was awful. It had my location auto-filled so I didnt enter it, but apparently it didn't have my apartment number. That led to the delivery driver taking my order back to the store. (I had missed a call from an unknown number, not the store's number, at some point after ordering but they didn't leave a message or text so I have no clue if this was the driver or not.) The online tracker wasnt working so I didnt know what happened until I called the store. The woman I spoke to helped get the order re-delivered, and I received the food an hour and fifty-five minutes after my original order time. It was delivered by someone with a Doordash bag. I accidentally didnt tip when I ordered online (I submitted my credit card info without seeing the tip option and didn't realize the tip screen wouldnt appear afterwards.) I tried to tip after delivery but that option wasn't available. Overall terrible experience trying to order through the website, wouldn't recommend.

She works her tail off in there and I don't think I've ever seen anyone work so hard. Sometimes she's in there by herself closing the store which blows my mind but she finds a way to make it work. Shout out to her!
