  You could tell the place hadn’t been cleaned real well in a while as soon as you walked in the door. The place had an offensive odor and the floor was sticky. You could tell the floor had been mopped but they failed to use clean hot water. I asked if they had a spill and was told no. I ordered the pick two with soup and sandwich. My sandwich was excellent but the soup, broccoli cheddar, was terrible. The broccoli was disintegrated and had a weird texture for the soup base almost chalky.

  Sat and waited 10 minutes for a mobile order because the girl told me to go to the back so I waited the entire time that I was supposed to wait just to find out it was literally at the front pick up order station and I looked at the girl three times she could’ve possibly been like hi how can I help you today but no I had to ask for help a second time because I didn’t understand how mobile order works when someone comes up to you at the front desk and says I’m here to pick up a mobile order. You should say hey go over there walk them over to the pick up area and help them find it or take them back and introduce them to whoever is making the order so that way they know who it is I mean, it’s just simple

  Food was fine but in the future, I'll make my own sandwich. Place was busy and everyone seemed happy with the food. Only issue was staff was not trained on how to accept a tax exempt order, only the manager knew how; minor inconvenience

  I have never had a problem with your food until today. I door dashed food to work & the salad lettuce was all pink. Did the person making the salad did not see this? Won't order from you anymore.
