  I came into this store last night with an app order. Had my code and everything, even capable of showing proof on my.app. when I checked in I was told to go to the window. When I got to the window, the man said your at the wrong store and slammed the window in my face. I parked and went in. Manager said the order was for counter... receipt shows drive thru for this exact address. Manager then tells me I have to pay for the food again...no I already checked my bank, it already paid.. showed him everything... then he tells me... ill do it this time but dont come back here.... idk what scam theyre trying to pull but its ridiculous. Also when I tried to calm to speak to the store manager woman who answered told me she wasn't there and refused to tell me when I could call back. Sound like this whole store needs restarted.

  2 kids, 2 adults, food was surprisingly good and I would have given a much better rating if we would have gotten what we ordered and paid for. No, I didn't tell the staff about it, because the service was very slow to begin with. The 2 reasons why we will avoid mc d's in the future is 1: being asked twice if I wanted to pay more than the advertised price as in "do you want to round up". Naturally, I said no, I want you to round down, so the cashier proceeds to push the round up button. She ended up having to redo the order. (Wait, is that why they messed up our food?) Anyway, we went to the golden coral the day before, got our food quicker, better food, spent only $ 7 more and weren't harassed to pay Xtra.

  First of all. I DOORDASHED! And! I ordered Two small Hi-C orange juices and one medium and they gave me one large, one small , and one medium! I also ordered two happy meals! I only got one! AND it was not a hamburger it was a CHEESEEE burger . I asked for no cheese, and I also got no straws. Highly disappointed. And my fries were cold….
