  Even though you tell them to give you ketchup in the app, check your bag in drive thru.... the lady never gives ketchup.

  Wasn’t greeted when we walked in….it was order at kiosk only! Food prep was VERY SLOW!!!! Do not recommend!!!!! Worst place I’ve ever been….we had an emergency n had to ring a bell just to get in the bathroom…..customer service sucked the cashier didn’t talk to ppl…..absolute joke

  McDonald's is not worth coming to. You are not allowed to get any refills. You cannot use the bathroom at free will. The atmosphere feels like you're in prison? The workers look like they need to practice personal hygiene after it was rebuilt. Went Down hill

  We had a really bad experience when the place re open. I was treated really bad by the drive thru person. The manager was helpful and she did apologize for the service. But it seem every time I order from here my order is wrong , I have had missing burgers or I have made my order online and when I get to the restaurant I still have to wait 5-10 minutes to receive my order.

  Horrible service. They messed up my order with bringing 2 iced coffees when it was supposed to be one frappe and one iced, we told the employee and didn’t believe us. We showed her left, took the drink and made the correct one and then said THIS ONE IS FREE BUT NEXT TIME YOU NEED TO PAY ??? Like we ordered and paid it correctly. They messed up the order.
