  Tried multiple times to get multiple workers attention and when I finally did, no communication to my inquiry and was further ignored causing more frustration. I'm not a delivery driver. I was trying to verify my order went through bc the app always gives me an error when I redeem a reward. At least other locations will communicate, not this one. 2nd time being at this location and having a hard time getting help.

  Anna very rude, unprofessional and poor representation of your establishment. Ordered kids meals and bbq sauce was missing. Requested bbq sauce. Anna said there was a charge. Explained to Anna the sauce is missing in bag. Anna shut the drive through window while speaking and refused to provide her name. I was lucky to get her name from her hat.

  The service at this particular location has gotten worse. My last four times going through the drive thru my orders has been wrong and I can’t even get the sauce for the nuggets the last twenty time!!!!

  I go because my 4 yr old grandson wants the changeables toys with a happy meal. We have 5 different ones. Today they gave me one he already had and he started crying. I asked for a different toy. They said no I said let me speak to the manager. They gave me a different toy, but one he already had. More crying. I went to 3 McDonald's today and went through 7 toys and was unsuccessful and my 4 yr old was crying. Sad way to play on kids.
