  Really frustrating experience at this location. We had already placed a mobile order before arriving. When we got there, we were told the ordering system was down but that mobile orders were still being accepted. We gave the employee our mobile order number, but when we pulled up to the window, they asked what we wanted to order and then said they couldn’t give us our food, although it was RIGHT behind her on the counter. She confirmed with another associate that it indeed was our order but wouldn’t hand it to us. We asked for a manager and were told they ‘couldn’t find Jerry.’ There were several employees standing around. No one seemed to know what they were doing. Completely disorganized and a waste of time. You’d think they’d have a manager present when they’re experiencing issues.

  We asked for tartar sauce and both sandwiches had this much sauce added to it 😅

  The food seems to be getting better, the price is not for the quality of food . ITS MCDONALD'S SAME OLD SAME OLD JUST COST MORE NOW .

  Ordered a meal around 3:40 AM after finishing a night shift. Fries were cold. They weren't even warm. Assuming bc they were switching over to breakfast soon. But having cold fries from a place mainly known for its warm fries is a horrible experience.
