I had a really disappointing experience at McDonald's. The service was frustrating—staff seemed uninterested and rushed, and when I tried to get help, it felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a customer.
To make things worse, they refused to accept my valid coupon without giving a clear explanation, which was really frustrating and felt unfair.On top of that, the dining area was messy, with tables not being cleaned regularly, which made the whole place feel unwelcoming.Overall, not worth the hassle. I expect a much better customer experience, and I will be calling corporate to report this experience.

They were so rude .. I was in # 1 line drive thru waiting to order when they let 5 other cars get orders and go and not even ask.. I had to go inside. Even bigger mistake going inside. Once ordered inside did not get recipt paid over 51$ for an order and was all wrong. They sent out 20 orders before ours and didn't even give the right food or drinks. The Inside of the McDonald's was disgusting as well, Soda, trash , drugged out homeless people all over inside store.
Ridiculous. This McDonald’s never fails to mess something up. They always forget stuff and at times their staff is rude. I bought a 20 piece and a large fry. The fries were barely even filled, at that point I should’ve just gotten a small or medium because of the portion. And worst of all when I went to take a bite out of these chicken nuggets, they first off, only put in 17 nuggets, and second of all, not all of them were cooked right. I took a bite into one and discovered it wasn’t cooked. It was a chewy, slightly hard piece. I tried to ignore it but I had a couple more with the same issue. This is ridiculous.

Usually fast and hot today tea not made fries cold and no MD double what the heck then when asked about tea spoke in a different language so I couldn't understand but I do and I didn't appreciate the names I was called o and my grandson understand as well really not cool
Arrived at location at 5:46am at the drive thru, I ordered a sausage McMuffin and a sugar free vanilla ice coffee, i was informed McDonald's doesnt have sugar free options, i questioned the worker as ive been buying sugar free ice coffee for years at multiple locations. I ended up ordering a iced coffee plain. Got to window i paid and worker gave me half of the receipt when I asked if i can have a receipt that shows the items their response was "oh I ran out of paper and i don't know how to reprint a receipt" i said well i need a full receipt. She proceeded to tell me she would have to call a manager as if it was gonna be difficult to do that, I said call a manager because i need a full receipt, got my receipt and left, when i got my food i had gotten an ice coffee WITH regular vanilla syrup which i didnt want and they gave me a egg McMuffin not the sausage McMuffin I ordered. This location needs to better train their employees as they seemed confused or they dont seem to understand what i was saying. I know the owners probably wont care as they are after the $ not the service and quality of food they provide. Please BEWARE when visiting this location
