  Stop hiring teenagers that you think you can overwork and underpay. Also, if you're going to run an arcade, make sure the machines aren't broken. Really dampens the fun when I have to ask the prize counter 5+ times to refund me because a game didn't work.

  I was very excited to go here. However, I was disappointed with most of the games not working. A few I can understand but it was almost half the games. I hope they will be fixed in the future.

  When we arrived we weren’t greeted by the counter lady (panda), panda was extremely rude and unprofessional when we were checking in and when we came back to ask questions on why she booked us for 1 am when we came in at 9:30. Would NOT recommend.

  It took us almost 2 hour to get food. Our server wa very flighty and slow. We had 100 in game credits but half the games didn't work. For such a big place I was very disappointed. I will not be back

  First time here and the service is absolutely awful. Sold us passes and didn’t tell us about cut off time of 9pm for gravity ropes after I specifically asked about this one since it was the main thing we wanted to do. I had to plead with staff to let us do the ropes since no one told us they close. We got one round and the worker was rushing us to get done. EVERYONE has an attitude like we should know what we’re doing here as far as scheduling activities and getting place to place. Never done laser tag before and the worker laughed at me about the vest being on backwards instead of assisting. Asked 3 people over the course of an hour if we could order food while we were bowling. The third guy grabbed a piece of paper and said “what do you want?” I must’ve looked at him like he was crazy because he started apologizing and asked me again what I wanted but not as rude. He then told me since I had the package deal that I would have to order at bar. While at bar, for 12 minutes, not one person offered to help. No one even greeted me. I finally just asked a guy who looked like a waiter if he could assist me. Once I told him what I needed he deferred me to someone else again. A waitress came to help us but then couldn’t because they can’t find my food pass that I bought when we got here. We’ve yet to have drinks or food and it’s 10:45pm. We finally got our food and they shut off our bowling because we had “timed out” even though they never said anything about it being timed or I wouldn’t have wasted nearly the entire time trying to get our dinner. It doesn’t help that all the workers are just a bunch of teenagers grouped up and hanging of instead of working. Severely disappointed as this was a mom/daughter date with my 12 year old and this was our experience. Definitely not worth the $120 I spent. Not impressed at all and won’t be returning.
