- EMEmmara MillerApr 11, 20261.0I’ve had multiple experiences here now where the staff was incredibly mean and dismissive. Beyond just being unfriendly, the environment is not neurodivergent friendly at all. When I needed a moment to process or asked a clarifying question, I was met with impatience and eye rolls rather than basic patience or understanding. It makes for a very stressful and unwelcoming experience. There are plenty of other places to get a treat where the staff actually treats people with respect and common decency. I won't be returning to this location.

I’ve shown up multiple times during their listed open hours and the store was closed. It’s not just inconvenient, it’s a waste of customers’ time. If the store can’t operate during its posted hours, those hours need to be updated. Right now, it feels unreliable and poorly managed. Disappointing experience overall, especially since this is the only location nearby.

I called before we left and asked if they did the report card A program. I even re asked and said if we bring my daughter in with her report card, would you honor it? I was told yes multiple times. We went 30 minutes out of the way to come and was told "sorry, we don't do that" when I said and showed them that I called o was just told " you got misinformation" It's fine because I was planning to buy some anyways but I was excited to surprise my daughter and it just became super awkward.
