  I rarely go to this Jimmy John's but every time I do I remember why I don't come here often. First, parking is atrocious. I understand that's not the store's fault but I believe they're the only restaurant without dedicated online ordering/to-go parking which adds to the "not freaky fast". Today, I waited almost 20 minutes for an online order. Around 13 minutes in the store. My order may have been faster but I'm fairly confident that it sat at the end of the counter instead of being bagged up for the to-go shelf. A customer came in after I got there and told them my name, ordered and received his food before I did. Maybe it's just this store and team? Rough day for a sandwich shop.

  I just wanted to throw away some Starbucks trash and I couldn’t find a trashcan. Went in 4 mins before close and Dakota couldn’t have been more helpful. Give that man a raise. God bless
