  Zaness forgive me I know I spelled your name wrong but I had to thank you for making my food with love you made my day it may seem so small but it’s rare these days to get satisfying food I had to thank you plus you were beyond pleasant and thats also rare to be treated like a human

  Just ordered a Bootlegger club add cheese. Called back because it didn't jave the correct meat. I asked if they wanted me to tell them exactly what the order was, they said they had it and there was no need. When I received the 2nd sandwich it was missing a different meat this time. Called the store again and was told by the owner that the sandwich was correct and that he made it himself. I told him I could show him pictures to prove what was happening. He said he didn't believe me and told me to go get lunch somewhere else. I'm going to take his advice and never spend another dime with jimmy John's.

  Jedi helped me and he went above and beyond. Give him a raise and promotion. He helped me and did what needed to do to see I was taken care of.

  Extremely slow. After waiting 5 minutes to even be acknowledged, I spent another 10 waiting on my sandwich (literally just ham and cheese) and standing on a sticky floor. Jimmy John's used to be legitimately fast and was generally always clean and friendly. Their quality has cratered in the last few years...
