  I’ve ordered online 4 times, and every single time I show up to pick it up, it’s never ready. I don’t understand. There is also a very rude lady that works here.

  They always mess up the orders, putting things we asked not to put and not putting things we ask to put in the sandwich. There’s 9/10 times there’s one to two slices of meat and they dare to fill it with veggies. I used to love jimmy John’s but not if it’s like this. It’s unacceptable to get two veggie sandwiches for $30 dollars when what was ordered had meat in it.

  Food is usually on point but lately service has been terrible. I often order for delivery to TU, right across the street, and half the time delivery is set up through Uber (sometimes too late for me to even add delivery instructions, often causing delivery issues and delays) and the other half of the time a specific person seems to never be able to find my location, regardless of help (usually very specific directions with landmarks included, ending in frustration on her part and refusal to even listen to me, telling me the issues were my fault). I've even heard someone in our office provided a laminated campus map to this specific store and they still have delivery issues. My specific issue today was I set up a delivery order for ASAP delivery and it wasn't even started until 40 minutes after I placed the order. And this should've been before the lunch rush. P.S. Don't send me a feedback link. I've given my feedback that way several times and nothing at this store changes.

  Ordered gargantuan on wheat. $17.56 for a sandwich with about $1 of ingredients... and I get it, that's Jimmy John's thing.. but they cut the sandwich at a top-to-bottom diagonal... an angle from top to bottom, not straight down.... so there is a thin strip and thick strip of bread at the top and bottom... there was no way to hold this sandwich and eat it. Somebody had to think really hard to figure out how to make the sandwich incapable of being eaten like a sandwich. If I had a plate and fork, no problem. Unfortunately I did not.

  Poor customer service....asked the lady to add extra onions twice....she added 1 small piece. Gotta love service with an attitude ..
