  Cashier was really condescending and gave me an attitude for no reason, she was very unresponsive and unapologetically rude towards me. My tenders were very small and my fries were not very well portioned, the flavor was great however I won’t be coming back anytime soon. Food was great, service on the other hand, not so much.

  So I purchase 4 ..8 piece bone in dinners from this location tonight well when I got home in my 4 dinner box it only had 2 wings in there so I called back up there to let them know they told me I had to call Shawn the GM so I did he proceeds to tell me he can give me a refund of my food but will not correct my order bc I complain once before at this location not properly putting the correct wings with my order then he said they took my name down and now I'm banned from ordering at this location which I simply ask can they just remake my order correctly so he said he's giving me a refund and that's it ..the GM was very rude asking me how did i get his personal number I told him the workers gave it to me to contact you he start to over talk me and disconnect the call.so I goes back to the location they refund my money back but said I can no longer order from that location which is ridiculous all bc I called them out on how they always getting someone order wrong that's very unprofessional to handle a customer that way so never again I will order from this location I been going to this location for over 5 years they will never get my business again.

  The last two times I’ve been here the food hasn’t been good. This is the same location that almost made me stop eating wingstop all together. It was going good until recently. I had ordered lemon pepper wings and original hot well done. None were well done. The lemon pepper looked undercooked. Which i ended up having to cook all the wings in the air fryer to which they ended up like what they should look like. I still ended up throwing most of the order away like last time. It just didn’t taste right and was cooked like i asked and not enough seasoning or sauce. This location is so iffy. Never know if it’s going to be good or nasty. So I’ll be going to other locations for now. Update: they be lying and banning people for telling them about their faults with their order. Never go here. A lady today got all fries in her order with her wings missing. They said she ate them…. My mom had two wings in hers and they lied and banned her. Why would people lie about yall terrible service and quality of food? They have jacked my order up so much here it’s ridiculous. If i was the person to call and complain they would probably ban me too. I just seen a comment of them in their eating the food while preparing it. That’s where people orders is going. I’m going to report this location and it’s GM. Something needs to be done. They are ridiculous and getting away with terrible customer service. I was going to contact better business bureau but they not even accredited on their.

  15.00 for old dry robbery burnt wings. They had no juice and parts of the bones are black.
