I spilled my fries and the attendant immediately replaced them. I did not have to ask.

My morning heroes!! I have a long day of moving furniture planned so I just wanted a Carmel cold foam to help me charge up and the location near me didn't make it right so I figured I would ask this location if they would consider remaking or for me and they were so sweet and remade my drink for me. Thank you so much my sweet coffee queens. You have no idea how much I needed that to start my day off right. Love you ladies so much, you forever have my thanks

I pulled up to drive through to order a drink. I chose a cold brew. I was looking at the prices and decided on a med. The cashier said that will be 4.87 I said it says 3.49 on your menu board. Well I said what about the small it says it’s 2.19 . The cashier said it’s 3.97 There was no apology for the pricng error nothing but something smart as I drove off. I tried calling the store twice but of course no one will answer. I think you should get your pricing correlated to match before you start expecting people to pay whatever you say!!
