There were about 5 employees just standing there all looking at me and not one of them greeted me. I walked up to the counter and the girl behind the counter did not once make eye contact with me nor did she ask me what I would like to order. She was waiting for me to initiate the conversation. I was gonna order a food item and a smoothie but I wanted to get out of there as fast as possible because I did not feel welcomed at all.

Then the cashier washed her hands after taking care of the trash, good! But the tension inside with the employees you could cut with a knife. Very unpleasant to witness, not fair to the employees working. Need good vibes!
