    I try my hardest to not complain, but instead show support to EVERYONE who gets up and goes to work everyday because I know it can be hard sometimes. But today was a bit much for me when it comes to this location. I have been ordering from this location for about two or three years now or maybe more and have watched it go down hill to the point where I drive to a whole different location in hope that my experience will be better when THIS location is only 7 to 10 minutes away from me. The issues in the past and up to today (which is supposed to be the star of the show) are the smoothies I have ordered. After noticing the chunks of Spanish when ”TRYING to drink my smoothie" upon the unpleasant taste' I eventually stopped going to this location up to today. Today I decided to try them again ONLY because I'm trying to watch how I eat and I also was limited on time. In the photo is a description of my order with someone's" HAIR STICKING OUT OF IT THAT I BIT INTO "TWICE"....and unfortunately the smoothie was still botched again...
