From the first bite, itās clear the kitchen is focused on flavor and balance. The biryani is outstandingāaromatic basmati rice layered with warm Mediterranean spices and tender, well-seasoned meat. The lentil soup is rich, hearty, and comforting, and the sides shine too: crisp fresh salad, smooth and flavorful hummus, and perfectly flaky baklava to finish on a sweet note. The new recipe feels a little smoother and more balanced, and you can tell they still put care into every bite. Even though the menu has shifted, the quality hasnāt dropped at all. Everything tasted fresh, the portion was generous, and the overall flavor profile still feels true to what made Tikka Kabab so good in the first place. Was very patient while we all looked at the menu and was deciding what we wanted. 3 of us got traditional gyro sandwiches the meat was very tender and soft. The fries tasted handmade and nice crisp. Our other person got the butter chicken and said it was great. We will all come back!
