I nicely told them about the apparent mishap and they said that I failed to ask for it breaded. However, chicken Parmesan is by definition a breaded chicken cutlet, fried and topped with sauce and cheese. I had ordered this here before multiple times and had never had an issue. I don’t plan on returning.

When I complained they said no we don't charge for credit cards we give discount if you pay with cash. You know what how you word it it's still paying extra for credit card. I would rather eat at olive garden and they give you free bread sticks unlike the 1 small cracker with salsa on it here. The joys of trying new restaurants.
