  Some really nice and helpful employees, others are not so good with bad attitudes. One of the bad employees was upset that I ordered nachos to go(on the receipt ) and then put it on a tray without cover . They then proceeded to snatch it, had hair and something off their face fall into the food while putting the lid on. They put it in thw bag and tossed it onto the counter.

  I get the beef and rice cheesy burrito 🌯 on value menu. I always request them to remove the cheese. I love just a rice and beef burrito. I've been told I'm a plain person. I enjoy my plainness lol 😂.

  Went through the drive thru and the lady on the headset was very rude and rushing me up so I drove away and heard her shout something out of the window throwing a trash bag with something metal trying to hit my car. The attitudes of the people they place in the window really sucks. I’ve been going to this location for years without any problems until now the customer service is going down.

  This chain of Taco Bell has gone down hill with skimpy portions in the taco's. Sad but true. Plus they have gone up in price while the quality of product has declined. I wish it wasn't so as I remember eating here many times when the portions were the right size and the price was not high enough to turn people off like nowadays.
