Once in the drive thru, the old lady demanded I give her the bag back so she can see for herself if I was missing an item and her gauze wrapped bandages fell in the bag. And tonight, I had door dashed because I had a fever. I was missing the sauces that came with the luxe box. When I called and spoke with Mallory (who stated she was a manager) she said “can you come get the items?” And when I informed her it wasn’t an option because I’m sick, she said oh sorry and hung up. When I did call back to speak with her, she THEN said that since it’s DoorDash they can’t do anything. So the dasher is supposed to open a sticker sealed box to make sure the sauces are included that come with the meal? She was extremely unprofessional and rude, trying to yell over me and all sorts of things. It was the final straw in the coffin for this location.
