The placed 2 tacos in a box in place of a burrito and taco, missed the taco in another box. Then even worse I had black beans added to a chalupa.. I open it up and there was ONLY beans and cheese... absolutely NO beef. Sick of paying money for food that's messed up or missing. I understand mistakes are made but at this point it's just carelessness

Ordered Nacho Fries on DoorDash and didn’t receive them. Called the store and all the manager said was “we don’t have the ability to turn it off online” and “we’re out,” Would have been nice to know that before REORDERING the Nacho Fries. Extremely unprofessional and very frustrating. Will not be receiving my business again.

Kept getting an "Uh oh, we can't seem to find that" message. I had to reinstall the app. Then I couldn't get signed back in again. It told me to get my code from my email, but when I did, the screen had gone back to the start. I tried again then gave up. SO I tried ordering at the kiosk. The app said it could not load my code. SO I went ahead and ordered anyways. However, when I got to the counter, the lady there said there was no order! I am NOT MAKING THIS UP! Then she came around to put my order in on the kiosk as if I was an idiot. I told her what I wanted. She couldn't find it. I left, disgusted. It took over 15 minutes & got no food. Never again.
