After waiting in a long line, this location completely got my order wrong. Then proceeded to provide 6 sauce packets for 10 tacos… Also, how is this an acceptable taco to give someone..??

So disappointed I live right across the street from this location and it just seems lately every time I go it's honestly a situation. I've worked in fast food, I've managed fast food, & we are human & unfortunately sometimes things are just out of our control. However, this was not one of those situations. Apparently they are out of tomatoes😱insane right?lol!😳(Jk).... But seriously though, apparently they were out of tomatoes because it's hard to believe making a variety of different tacos that you forgot to put tomatoes on every one of the orders that you made however I cannot even confirm that because when I call I get hung up on that's for another review though back to my issue apparently they were out of tomatoes & that would of been ok IF I was told prior 2 ordering vrs finding out once I gt home 2eat & feed my VERY HANGREY 2YR OLD GRANDCHILD. Here's the thing it might sound like something simple but if you're a mother you know, understand, and absolutely can relate that most children that age are a little picky and it's hard to find things for them to eat but my baby loves tomatoes 🍅... .... Moving along, fast forwarding........here's the point & moral...... I ordered several different items (all of which comes with tomatoes). my g.baby is picky like any other 2yr old but she absolutely loves the tomatoes, cheese & lettuce off the top of the tacos & that's exactly why I went. As mentioned above the convenience of it being directly across the street from my apt. allowed me 2 have an advantage in knocking out 2 birds w/1stone. I'm like great that saves time, energy, etc I will eat the meat&shell talk and she'll eat the tomatoes cheese lettuce... Well since I was uninformed there was no convenience of that and I'm still in the kitchen right now I'm cooking her something to eat and just fed up. This would have all been avoided had I was just told we are at a tomatoes is that going to be okay. Anyway like I said small things with giant but I still wanted to share it because as a mother as a daughter as a counselor as a therapist as a wife every minute of my day is a very valuable minute it's respectful and I guess poor customer service and my money is more important than a continued loyal customer.

This one stinks. However, this was the best visit here by far. People were great today. Service was fast and friendly. The food on the other hand was skimpy and the rice was under cooked. I had the 7 layer burrito (my all time fave). But half the rice was crunchy. The size of the burrito was half the size of my last visit to a Bell in OKC.
