My drink was too full and the lid wasn’t on all the way and spilled all over me when I tried to put my straw in and also when I tried to take the lid off. My black bean cheesy Gordita crunch wasn’t wrapped in paper. My fries were a soggy, unseasoned clump and also where I found hair #1. Hair #2 was in my nacho cheese cup. I also ordered a cheesy bean and rice burrito but it was full of beef (I am a vegetarian). The worst part is this cost me 16 bucks. I will never be coming back to this location, most frustrating experience I’ve had at a Taco Bell and that is saying a lot.

We wouldn't have known until we got home with our order. But! She did tell me and told me how she had fixed it. I thought that was fantastic customer service. The food is great and the lobby area was clean!

The food was awesome and it was a great experience and I just thought I should let you guys know. I go to a lot of different restaurants and never really get good service like this
