This location is by far the most unprofessional, rude & entitled staff I've experienced, and my career lead me to spend 18 yrs in the restaurant life! We spent $38.84 on food for my family and myself while also having another, separate order from ours. We tried telling the lil girl at the window we had 2 separate orders but she INSISTED that both orders were in 1 bag. We were headed back to Tahlequah when we stopped here so when we realized that we, in fact did NOT have our food, it was too late to turn back around. I called the store and told the manager what happened and she knew we left our food because she said it was still sitting by the window. I told her we didn't live here and wouldn't be back for a few weeks. She told me to come by when I was back in town and they would replace the food we didn't get. Well fast forward to that day, the manager on duty was very ugly (for no reason) and made the crew come tell me that after making me wait almost 40 minutes, they weren't able to replace my food. Like I have no problem at all with understanding how food costs affect a shift, but when someone spends that much on food and then has to argue about not receiving the food, you'd think the manager would conduct herself more professionally than the crew did! It's not a fun feeling wasting that much money on food we didn't even get. And my lil brother didn't even eat all his food due to it being made wrong, and the quality of the food was less than mediocre. I'd rather dig food out of the trash than eat at this location again

Horrible experience. I ordered a burrito supreme. It has maybe a teaspoon of refried beans. A teaspoon of "meat" but mainly some orange looking gravy maybe grease and seasoning with onions. Not a hint of cheese or sour cream. I hadn't had a burrito supreme in 4 years or so but it was nothing like tgis mess. 6.19 for almost nothing.Never again. Writing Taco Bell off completely. Garbage!

I think just about everything was wrong that could have been. We went through the drive thru. My drink was too full and the lid wasn’t on all the way and spilled all over me when I tried to put my straw in and also when I tried to take the lid off. My black bean cheesy Gordita crunch wasn’t wrapped in paper. My fries were a soggy, unseasoned clump and also where I found hair #1. Hair #2 was in my nacho cheese cup. I also ordered a cheesy bean and rice burrito but it was full of beef (I am a vegetarian). The worst part is this cost me 16 bucks. I will never be coming back to this location, most frustrating experience I’ve had at a Taco Bell and that is saying a lot.
