    Not bad for a Taco Bell, but they consistently get out order wrong jr gje us the wrong stuff. I literally have to check the bag every time we go through the drive thru. They also are bad at doing customized items. My kids aren't fond of some of the sauces that come on items normally. About 50% of the time they don't read the order and leave the sauce on.

    Worst experience I've had at Taco Bell. We ordered at the kiosk, never being talked to by an employee. There was three orders in front of us and it took us over 30 minutes to get our food. But our name was called. The employee asked if they could make a big order before ours and give us coupons and I refused because we had already waited so long.

    The customer service is abysmal. I only come here because it's the closest taco bell to my house. I'm constantly treated like I am inconveniencing the drive thru staff for existing. Asking for sauce feels like a big ask. Very often they forget the plasticware. The cantina chicken bowl is put together with so little attention. I had one out of state and realized how little this taco bell cares. I mean...it's taco bell, but this one is extra bad.

    This is what I just got from Taco Bell at this location. (Doesn’t happen at any other for me personally) I ordered a chicken quesadilla with extra creamy jalapeño sauce. And I didn’t see any on there at all never had one without the sauce til tonight and it was un edible. The second thing I ordered was 2 Doritos locos tacos with sour cream and there is literally barely anything on the taco it is all shell I mean the e picture speaks for itself. Mind you I was up charged for all these things.

    If I could give zero stars I would. We went through the drive thru and ordered a taco and nacho meal meat and cheese only. We got to the window after waiting 20 minutes and we were given nachos with everything on it and we were missing a chicken quesadilla. No big deal, we asked the guy to remake the food and he said management wouldn’t allow him to do so, because it was rang up wrong. The manger then came to the window and told us we never said “meat and cheese only” and told us she wouldn’t remake the food AFTER WE ALREADY PAID. I then asked why we were even arguing about this when I paid for the food and asked for it to be made a certain way? She told me I could either pull around and WAIT AGAIN or come inside and get a refund. We then went inside for 15 minutes and argued with her again about what was said and wasn’t said. She couldn’t even process the refund and had to get someone else to do it… seems like she can’t make orders or run a team correctly either. She’s the night manager wearing a face mask, she had a little friend yelling from the kitchen as well. There were 2 guys there apologizing over and over again and said they would’ve even remade it if she would’ve allowed but she’s worried about food cost and how that effects her check. I hope she receives the same exact service she gives.
