Kind of ridiculous. I couldn't even cancel in the app since it was apparently already being prepared with them having the ingredients. They didnt offer to comp or anything. Lady talking to me was nice but definitely irritating that she didnt really know how to help and I had to figure it out myself.

I asked very specifically for no sour cream and no tomatoes due to allergies and my food still came covered in tomatoes and sour cream. Not happy. Thank god my allergies specifically are not life or death, but if they were this would be a lawsuit.
