  The owner is the person who waited on me this Tyme, who I have never seen there. I come quite frequently to this location and his employees are always wonderful. The was absolutely rude and refused to serve me turkey and cheese with no bread. I have celiac disease and cannot have bread. If I wanted to be served, I had to have it in a bowl and it cost me a fortune. I had five pieces of turkey I believe and two pieces of cheese, the size of a 6 inch sandwich, chips and a bottle of water and it cost me $12.99. I will not visit that location again, which is unfortunate because he has very Kind and service oriented employees. I have talked to the corporate sub by office many times about this issue and so many of their locations that don’t understand celiac and demand that I have a sandwich on bread. Subway doesn’t seem to get the word out to all of their locations and it has become very frustrating because their meat and cheese Are gluten-free and very easy for me to roll up and eat without bread. This is 2026 and everyone should be aware of celiac at this point. The other complaint I had today was that they must have changed brands of cheese and turkey because both were slimy and did not taste good.

  Food was great, service, not so much. Ordered 3 sandwiches thru the mobile app, one being for the free footlong. I get mistakes happen but for the lil girl working the counter to get a full on attitude over my sandwich being made wrong was out of line. Then I watched them make a 2nd sandwich wrong again. Apparently they didn't like being told they're not doing their job right because I was the one that got attitude and mouthy employees. Being in fast food for 18 yrs, you kind of get a general idea of how to treat people but I guess the employees at this location didn't get the memo. I fully enjoyed my sandwich when I finally got it made right but I probably won't be coming back here if it's based off the customer service.

  I've always loved subway but boy I tell you what, the customer service here is on point!! Jennie is so awesome that I want to start my own business just so I can hire her to deal with the customer service training!! So awesome and friendly, I'll be back everyday if I could afford it!!

  I have Alpha Gal Syndrome and the staff at this location are always amazing at making sure I don't have cross contaminated veggies!!

  Very impressed by this Subway. The woman that made my sandwich was kind and friendly. The line was fully stocked and everything appeared to be fresh and well presented. I got a tuna sub and the tuna was the perfect ratio of mayo to tuna. I will definitely be returning.
