The order was unfortunately delayed by 20 minutes due to understaffing. The food was cold, and the instructions for adding extra items and toasting the sandwich were not followed.

I called for 10 minutes straight with no answer. I then thought well maybe when I don't show up to pick my order up it will be refunded. I checked on my app and it had a status of picked up. I did not pick it up. I then called about 7 more times throughout the day to speak with someone. The call was never answered and the charge cleared on my card. I tired filing a claim online and you can not. It only gives the options of about 6 subways stores.
