- JMJason MattinglyJan 4, 20261.0first of all, the app is super user unfriendly. i had to call about 10 times to get anyone to answer the phone at this location. when they answered they were the most unenthusiastic sounding, and wasnt able to help cancel my order due to the app sending my order to the wrong location this one thats 30 minutes away opposed to across the street). they then said id have to go through whatever app i used to order which was subways specific app to get a refund.
