Subway needs to reconsider their franchise contract with the owner. Very unprofessional and very disrespectful to his employees. He screams at his employees in front of customers. Smells like marijuana in the back of the establishment. Sad to see this place go down hill.

Phil supposed general manager laughed at me when my order didnt go through and I was charged anyways and said my money got given to him and they wouldn't make my meal. I sat for an hour on the phone with my card issuer while he left and then came back to be even more ignorant and disrespectful. He arrived back and started yelling at my car asking if everything was alright knowing we had already talked to him and it was not. Then took me into the store complaining how he could show the order didnt go through. He stood at the register asking if every single order they had recieved since 1:57pm was me while we BOTH KNEW it wasnt. Did not answer my question as to why his staff could not give me his name when I asked who the manager was. Asked me if I called the 800 number then I explained that the 800 number said that STORE STAFF needed to simply use the IT function on the 800 number to verify my order if my transaction history was not enough. Was too lazy to do this just like his staff was and told his staff to finally after over an hour and a half just make my singular sandwich.

There was guy that works there. light skin mix looking. Poor customer service. If you don’t like working there why work there.
