  I only got half my order 2 sandwiches they switched they made my Philly a wrap and my ultimate bmt a sandwich I didn't get my chicken dipper and the left me on hold for 20 minutes and then they hung up on me I will never order from this subway again

  Frequently come to this one because it's the only one nearby, Mazzio's is expensive, and the Sonic shut down. Some of the employees are questionable but overall still get the job done when not outside smoking or yelling about missing money. Only had a few mishaps with my order and was either they were out of an item or the worker was new. It's understandable but I think if the guys and girls both put as much effort into their job as they do their make up then they could be management material. Speaking of management can you do something about Mr New York attitude and Cryin Brian? Both have problems keeping their anger issues and personal drama at home and it affects their hospitality. There seems to be an extremely high turn over rate on new employees lately. Even seen some oler ones come and go multiple times. Maybe it's time for new management? The management is a direct result of how well employees do. A good manager will make loyal hardworking employees. A bad manager will continuously have issues with their employees and will keep having to replace them. Also What's up with Tommy Chong looking dude in street clothes that randomly comes in and goes through the store? Bro, be professional and at least wear something with a logo. Both him and that huge guy Ares need to take a shower and use shampoo and conditioner..... daily..... surprisingly The store is usually clean and the food is usually good which is better than most stores on this side of town hence why I still spend my money here but that is about to change if the store doesn't and they will lose a regular that spends a decent amount of money here.. I feel sorry for the owners and wish them the best of luck.

  WE WENT TO THIS SUBWAY AT 7:40PM AND THEY HAD ALREADY CLOSED THERE DOORS WHEN THEY SAID CLOSED AT 8PM ON WEBSITE AND ON THE DOOR WITH STORE HOURS. :(
