Tots tasted like they had been on the heat all day long. And then half of them were fries in the container anyway not even the tots I ordered

Every slow service. They were not busy, we ordered a drink and a blizzard and waited almost 15 minutes for the board to say our order was on its way 3 minutes later it still hadn't came. Total of close to 20 minutes waiting on the car hop to get to car with order then several minutes for her to count the correct change.

I hate leaving negative reviews, but this Sonic is consistently a hit or miss- and unfortunately, tonight was another miss.
I sat in the drive-through for over 5 minutes waiting to place my order and no one ever answered. I could see a car ahead of me get serviced, so I know the system was working. After waiting, I pulled around to the window and saw one employee inside, but he never turned around or acknowledged me at all.
I understand being busy, but there was only one car ahead of me, none behind me, and one car in the carhop parking. If you’re short-staffed or temporarily unable to take orders, some acknowledgment or communication would go a long way.
This location has been unreliable too many times, and it’s frustrating to waste time without even being acknowledged.

Showed up around 6:15 to get some breakfast before work. Place wasn't even opened yet. Staff was there, and a Keith truck dropping off orders, yet I was told to come back later due to the truck being present.
