The CarHop charged another person for my food then I had to wait for her to refund him and supposedly remake my food? Anyway it took over 20 minutes after ordering for me to get my food. They did not listen to the instructions for the hamburger and the Coney was undercooked. None of their stalls were accepting credit card and you don't know that until the payment screen then they come out with a tap after I already have cash ready. Non of the Stalls were working I had to change stalls twice to get a working screen.

I paid extra for onions and jalapenos but didn't get any. , my tots had also been on the warmer for awhile. The smash Burger was excellent however. Parking lot was clean as well

All I wanted was extra bacon on my breakfast burritos. I paid the charge for it. I asked if it was on there when I received it. Was told it was on there. Just to get home and see that it wasn’t on there. That’s fine just give me my $ back for the upgrade. But no, the manager on duty said he made it and it was correct and that he had to get to work and I was wasting his time and thatI could come up there to talk to his GM next Monday. Super rude especially when I tipped him on the app and in person thinking my order was correct.
