I had a lovely experience vacationing here to visit a friend in Tulsa. I had never been to a Sonic before, and I was very happy with the service I received. Aubri, who I believe was the manager on duty, was very attentive and got my food exactly right which is rare since I have dietary restrictions. It felt like a classic American diner. I have found the promised land, and it is this Sonic on 71st st

Ordered ahead on the app for an ocean water with no ice.
I received an unflavored slushie. Unfortunately, locations like this cost chains unrecoupable amounts of money and respect. Don’t waste your time or money, this location is failing rightfully.

Went to try and order drinks, we would hit the button and a few moments later they would just turn it off without response. Tried a few times over incase the first one was an accident and it was repeated.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! I ordered my food ahead of time in the mobile app, waited 35 minutes and couldn’t get anyone’s attention. They were not busy at all. I ended up leaving without any food and paid for it. I will be requesting a refund and will not come back to this Sonic EVER again!!!!!!

We usually love the blasts at sonic but the last two times we visited, the blasts have only a tiny sprinkle of cookie dough on top, with the smallest layer of it on the bottom. (My friends didn’t even get lucky enough to have the small layer on the bottom) We always express that we want extra toppings and to even charge us for it, and it never happens. We have left both times feeling scammed as the pictures on the online menu show that it’s supposed to have it all mixed in and a lot more than just a small sprinkle on top.
