I don’t recommend this location specifically, I’ve had at least 3 bad experiences and never a good one. This last time I came just for mozzarella sticks after I’d been craving them all day just to get my order taken and repeated back correctly, then get to the window and pay and get tater tots so I let them know it’s wrong and ask for my receipt. The receipt sure enough says tater tots although the lady taking my order repeated back large mozzarella sticks! Just disappointed that my order wasn’t fixed and didn’t want to spend more money to re order.

today feb 18th 2026 went to the drive thru sat at least 11 minute, if not more in the line, get to menu stand place my order 2 times finally get to the window only to be told they didn't get my order, that's it not I can take it now........horrible experience never going back. So yes wasted about 17 minutes only to get nothing.

The customer service was lacking. The responses I received were short and felt rushed, which was not helpful. Didn't even get the chance to say thank you before they closed the window. How am I supposed to show gratitude for your work if you show that you don't even want to be there. Your attitude says it all. This experience is not going to stop me from not coming, but if you're going to show up for work, at least show up like you want to be there.
