    I asked for no onions and got extra onions. I am allergic to onion and now can't eat my food. There were no customers so not sure why they couldn't get my order right. Will not being going back to this location

    They always get my stuff right, one of the carhops (didn’t get her name) covered the rest of my total because I was short a couple dollars and she seemed very happy about it. Definitely gonna tip her good next time i see her. The employees are very sweet and they’re trying their very best. This sonic is very much worth it, as long as you don’t go during a rush. If you’ve ever worked in food you understand the struggle, and if you’ve haven’t then give a little bit of respect for these amazing girls!!

    Ordered brownie and peppermint bark shakes and got some vanilla shakes with chewy peppermint on top. Nothing like what sonic advertised. The dragon fruit limeade was pretty good.

    Waited for someone at the speaker board to answer and when they did they kept saying what? I tried to slowly articulate myself and the girl just could not get my order down. Waited 12 minutes at the window before someone finally greeted me and jerked their hand out for my card. Slammed the window shut after and walked off. Waited another 4 minutes before getting my drink. The manager was rude at the window too when I had to repeat myself for the third time that yes I wanted salsa. I just wanted to try the new caramel bourbon iced coffee as it looked like Sonic was stepping up their coffee game to what competitors offer. Received something that looks more like a temu knockoff. The taste was very bland and didn’t taste like coffee. The breakfast burrito had dry crusty eggs and the salsa packets were covered in dried salsa on the outside which should be a food safety concern for the franchise owners. Will not be coming back to the location or any others under this franchise if this is what they have to offer customers in terms of service, food quality and safety
