  I'm not one to write reviews, but .. I enjoyed my breakfast super sonic burrito with a giant tomato and instead of hash browns it had fries.. please just take the time to cut the tomato up and if you're out of hash browns please let the customers know! Thx! Overall still a yummy burrito, just wish I hadn't had to wait 15 minutes for it!

  Very poor service I had to call see where my order was they forgot all about it. Than when I did get it was cold because it sat there for who knows how long

  Ordered my food, got to window and waited 20 minutes. Finally brought my food. Took my money and didn’t give my drink. Had to ask for my drink and change. This place needs serious help from management or corporate.

  I stopped by today and ordered a meal with the chicken (basically popcorn chicken), tater tots, and a drink, plus a Wag Cup for my dog. To start on a positive note, they did bring out the Wag Cup, which my dog loved. After that, the experience went downhill. I sat waiting for at least 20 minutes before a girl finally brought my food. She handed me the chicken and tater tots, closed the window, and walked away before I could say anything. I had to wait another five minutes for her to come back so I could tell her that I never got my drink. She did not apologize or say anything, just said “oh” and went to grab it. When she returned, I asked for honey mustard since no dipping sauce was offered. When I got home, I was even more disappointed. I ordered a large popcorn chicken, but halfway through I realized the bottom half of the container was filled with tater tots instead of chicken. So I basically paid for a large and got a half-order. On top of that, everything was cold even though it took 20 minutes to get it. Additionally, there was not a single napkin in my bad. Luckily my dog didn't make a mess of her treat, but that's just ridiculous. What makes it worse is that this is the second bad experience I have had at this same location. I actually left a complaint about 10 months ago and had not been back since. The only reason I stopped today was because my dog was dressed up for Halloween, and I wanted to treat her to a Wag Cup for being such a good girl at the pet store. Unfortunately, it looks like nothing has changed. Both photos will be attached- the old review as well as my half eaten tater tots as well as my half eaten chicken that shows the bottom filled with tater tots. 🫠
