  Why are they so slow here? I order ahead on the app and I still wait 10+ minutes for one drink. How? Why? This isn't a one time thing. It happens every time. I wait to go back until I forget how awful it is and then I vow never to return only to forget again. The cycle continues...

  This location suffers from terrible management, and careless workers. Carhop Kiera needs to learn how to make drinks properly, and take orders properly. Order was a simple, watermelon slush and strawberry slush, with a burrito. Both drinks were made incorrectly. We got a lime slush, and a cherry slush instead. We had order larges and were charged for larges, and got mediums instead. The break burrito wasn’t edible. Burnt sausage, and a wet egg in a unsteamed tortilla. This place needs to be reported.

  It's literally the worst Sonic in America. I've never had a good experience there. After this last time, I'm never going back.

  I could’ve went to OKC and back and my medium coke zero still wouldn’t have been ready. 30 minutes for a coke zero with nobody in line is insane. If you want to wait 30 mins for a drink and watch the employees go outside and sit on their phones than this is the place where your dreams come true.
