Some of our customers had to ask for their soup and salads or didn't feel comfortable asking, so they went without. Main course was really good, but there was a lag in getting the desserts out, so a three of the guests asked for their dessert to go. The wait staff made a comment to them saying, "this was not asked for in advance, but we will see what we can do". Then none of the desserts came out until all of the guests left. Will not be using this restaurant in the future. As events are supposed to be a positive experience for our customers.
